Remote reading type thermometers are well suited for any general application where temperature can be measured by installing the stem into the process and where the readout needs to be in a different or centralised location. There is always a way to ensure great readability with the options of a bottom- or back connection and with various mounting flanges and bezels. The insert can be mounted directly into bored holes (e.g. in machine components) or directly into the process for any application with no chemically aggressive media or abrasion. Installation of these thermometers without a thermowell is only recommended in specific applications. When installed in aggressive or corrosive processes, you should make use of a thermowell.
All TUVO Instruments thermometers are made out of high-quality materials and can be tested in house at our production facility in Rotterdam to ensure and check the accuracy of the instrument.
